Therapy enquiry
Get in Touch
Before completing this form please check my availability as I don’t hold a waiting list. If it does show that I have space for new clients, please complete this form so that I can get an idea of what you’re looking for. Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll be in touch with potential dates for us to meet to see if we’d be a good fit.
Please note:
When sharing what you hope to get out of therapy, please do not share details of past experiences. Instead, keep it simple and focused on what you want. If you want to state a past experience, please use the title only rather than a lengthy description.
The integrity of your information is important to me, therefore if I contact you to let you know there is no space available, I will delete your information from my files.
If a space is listed on my website as being available, please be aware that in the time that you complete this form, there is a possibility that the space is already taken.
I will only offer initial consultations if a potential space is available so that I don't waste your time. However, the initial consultation is not the start of therapy, it is to decide if we are a good fit. It may be that I suggest a referral to another therapist or service following our meeting.
I do not offer a crisis service.
