Availability update

Clinical Supervision availability in Staveley, Lancaster and online: I do currently have some space available for new supervisees. This includes individual and group supervision. Please enquire here.

Therapy availability in Staveley, Lancaster and online: I currently have space for a child/ teenage client.

Please enquire here.

I update this page regularly when spaces become available. You can either check back here, or I suggest alternative places to get therapy here.

Please note that available appointments would be daytime (before 5pm). I have three appointment slots per week that are after 5pm, and these evening appointments are much sought after. Many clients wriggle their timetable to have daytime appointments, and I give first refusal to current clients for any evening slots that become available. This means that I don’t regularly have them available for new clients.

Things to consider when getting in touch

I do not work as a therapist/ supervisor on Wednesday afternoons, Fridays or at weekends, other than workshops.

I take regular breaks, usually 1-2 weeks every 6-8 weeks throughout the year, usually in line with the Celtic wheel of the year. I also take a four week break (usually in July/ August) and time away for CPD and training. I let clients know of any absence with as much notice as possible. Please do bear this in mind when you are considering whether I am a good fit for your needs.

Emails

If you send me an e-mail: I usually respond to e-mails within a week. Much of my work is away from a computer and so I am not able to answer straight away. If I am away on professional development or holiday, you will receive an automatic e-mail response informing you when I will return to work.

If you send me a text: I usually respond to texts within a week unless I am away on professional development or holiday. If I am away, you will not receive any response until I get back to work. If you don't receive a response to your text, please send me an e-mail.

Important: If you do not want me to respond to your e-mail, call, or text, please tell me explicitly in your message. I am the only person who has access to my e-mails.. However, emails are generally not guaranteed to be secure. Therefore, please do not include personal or sensitive information about you or a child.
