Working Hours

Tuesday-Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

I do not work as a therapist on Mondays, Wednesday afternoons, or at weekends, other than workshops.

I take regular breaks, usually 1-2 weeks every 6-8 weeks throughout the year, a four week break (usually in August or January) and time away for CPD and training. I do give notice of any absence with as much notice as possible. Please do bear this in mind when you are considering whether I am a good fit for your needs.

Hours
I see clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I usually reply to emails on Tuesdays.

Get in touch.

If you send me an e-mail: I usually respond to e-mails within a week. Much of my work is away from a computer and so I am not able to answer straight away. If I am away on professional development or holiday, you will receive an automatic e-mail response informing you when I will return to work.

If you send me a text: I usually respond to texts within a week unless I am away on professional development or holiday. If I am away, you will not receive any response until I get back to work. If you don't receive a response to your text, please send me an e-mail.

Important: If you do not want me to respond to your e-mail, call, or text, please tell me explicitly in your message.
I am the only person who has access to my e-mails.. However, emails are generally not guaranteed to be secure. Therefore, please do not include personal or sensitive information about you or a child.

I do not offer a crisis service.
If you or a child you care for is experiencing suicidal thoughts and is making plans to end your life, please go to your nearest A&E.
If you or a child you care for is severely depressed, please go to your GP.
If you or a child you care for is experiencing emotional difficulties and needs to speak to someone without delay, please call The Samaritans on 116 123.

Connect with your innate sense of belonging.
