A little somatic guided grounding ritual that you might enjoy doing throughout the day to check in.
Once you've done it a few times it'll probably take just half a minute and not be noticed by anyone around you.
A little presence to notice what's going on for you in the moment. When we start to notice ourselves more we start to be able to read what is good for us, what decisions are right for us, we get better able to recognise signs that we're getting overwhelmed. And we also notice when we're having fun, what makes us feel loved, what comfort feels like.
