The group may not go ahead in very strong winds, due to the dangers of falling branches, also if the numbers are low. We will give you as much notice as possible, but we recommend getting insurance to cover accommodation and travel expenses in case this happens.

While Nes will endeavor to keep within the advertised times, the session may end before the stated time. The timing is approximate and is dependent on the weather and wellbeing of the group, the walking speed of the group, and the length of time of the practices. An early finish for these reasons will not affect the cost of the event.
