A diverse offering for the diverse parts of you.

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor. I am a certified Somatic Trauma Therapist; a qualified wellbeing coach, yoga therapist, forest school leader, mountain leader, and am trained in sensorimotor art therapy, EMDR and eco-psychotherapy.

I am an author, with Babette Rothschild, of 8 Keys to Safe Trauma Recovery Workbook and author of the Wild and Wellbeing Card Deck, both published by WW Norton.

I work with adults, children and adolescents.

I am particularly experienced in working with people who are recovering from relational trauma, such as domestic and sexual violence, as well as those experiencing anxiety, low mood, eco-distress, and people who wish to gain greater connection with their innate strength, calm, and centred steadiness.

I have experience of working at CAMHS, the NHS, schools, charities and in private practice.

For organisations.

I offer workshops, and training, and have given keynote presentations at a variety of events and for various organisations and educational establishments, tailored to their needs. For more information about Practical Self Care for Helping Professionals training, click here.
